SD COLORS guarantees that all products correspond to their descriptions, specifications, and visual representations provided on the Website. We aim to deliver high-quality items that meet all declared characteristics.
3. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept secure online payments through:

4. Delivery
Delivery times are approximate and depend on third-party carriers. SD COLORS is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after the parcel is handed over to the courier and a tracking number is issued.
We do not accept claims for consequential losses caused by delayed or lost shipments.
5. Claims for Loss or Damage
Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
Claims for lost goods must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.
Claims submitted after these deadlines will not be accepted.
6. Returns
Returns may be accepted at the Seller’s discretion under the following conditions:
A request must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
Custom-made products (e.g., SD COLORS paint systems) are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. Any requested changes must be submitted in writing before the goods are dispatched.
